For express order, 5-7 days to arrive at your destination.

All items shown at web can be sold as soon as possible. Please check with your sales people about stock availability before payment.

If you want to send something to someone as a gift then you can use their address as the delivery address when you place your order.
We don’t offer a gift-wrapping service so the goods will arrive just like a normal order. We do display the prices of the items on the delivery note & we can only discuss the order with the person who placed the order.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty then please contact our Customer Service team who will arrange and discuss your return options. We will then send the item to our inspection team who will assess whether a manufacturing fault is present. Depending on the results we will then offer a refund or exchange.
Before you contact our Customer team. to advise on stock online, please ensure you’ve checked the item you require isn’t showing as in stock on the website.

Upon receipt/return of your goods back to our warehouse we will email you when your refund has been processed. It can take 5 working days for your refund to show in your account. If you haven’t received your refund after this time, then please contact our Customer Care team. who will be happy to look in to this.
